In just one hour each week, you'll explore a variety of meditation techniques such as Zen’s zazen, Vipassana, Christian contemplative prayer, Sufi Dhikr, Kashmir Shaivist recognition meditation, Hassidic chant, and more. Each session begins with a 15-minute introduction to the week’s practice, followed by a 20-30 minute guided meditation, and concludes with a 15-minute Q&A to deepen your understanding and address any questions.
